
Our Produce
Cakes
We make all of our own cakes, brownies, and flapjacks in-house. Our chef, Vicky Furner, is dedicated to finding new and exciting recipes, and celebrating all the special seasonal moments through her baking. She has developed some incredible recipes, including lots of vegan and gluten-free options.

Meat
We are supplied lamb from Little Oak Farm in Wootton Fitzpaine, and all else, including delicious sausages, bacon, and beef, chicken, comes to us from our local Bridport butchers, Framptons. All of our meat is locally sourced and free-range. We buy organic, too, when possible.

Wine & Beers
All of our wine is supplied to us from Selected Grapes, whose shop is but a minute's walk from the café. Temple Farm and West Milton suppliers with cider, and our local beers come from Cerne Abbas Brewery.

Bread & Pastries
We bake our own scones, tea cakes, and crumpets in-house. All of our bread is supplied to us by the incredible team at Charmouth Bakery.

Vegetables
We find ourselves very fortunate, in West Dorset, to be surrounded by market gardens and small farms. Taking full advantage of the seasonality and the proximity of this amazing produce, we support local farms such as Tamarisk Farm, Little Oak Farm, and Washingpool Farm Shop to supply the majority of our fruit and vegetables.

Dairy
Proud supporters of Liberty Farm dairy, we are supplied from them milk and cream. We sometimes use this cream to churn our own butter, in-house. Gelato for our milkshakes is supplied to us by Beppino's Gelataria on Bridport's High Street. All other butter, cheese, and yogurt is supplied to us by RT Harris.

Other Drinks
We make our own immune-boosting ginger cordial in-house. Our local apple juice is picked and pressed by Little Oak Farm each autumn and our kombucha's are brewed and fermented by Curious Kombucha in Thorncombe.
